Each site includes a camping unit, 4 people, 2 pets and 2 cars. All sites include water, electric and free WIFI.

Extras $20.00 each onsite dumping ( tuesdays & thursdays only) $35.00 each onsite dumping All other days $7.00 per day each extra person (more than 4) $10.00 per day extra vehicle- 2 per site allowed $10.00 per day each extra per- 2 pets allow per site $10.00 per day per extra unit on site Winterizing & Storage $85.00 plus materials for winterizing $50.00 per month storage ( All campers will be hauled to higher ground for winter months) *25% non refundable deposit for all reservations, refund on reservations cancelled 7 days prior to arrival date. 14 days cancellation policy for long weekends/ holiday weekends. After cancellation period full reservation will be charged.
*There is a 'no refund' policy for no-shows, the entire reservation will be charged.
