Winterizing & Storage $85 plus materials for winterizing (incl. antifreeze and dump tanks)
$50 per month storage ( All campers will be hauled to higher ground for winter months) *25% non refundable deposit for all reservations, refund on reservations cancelled 7 days prior to arrival date. 14 days for Long weekend reservations. After cancellation period full reservation will be charged.
*There is a 'no refund' policy for no-shows, the entire reservation will be charged.
